Rally Match NFT – Troubleshooting Guide
Overview
If you recently purchased a Rally Match NFT and do not yet see your rewards or your unlock date inside your R-Link Wallet, don’t worry — this is normal.
Reward delivery and unlock timing follow specific rules based on when your NFT was fulfilled, how the blockchain processes transactions, and how Connect’s wallet interface displays data.
This guide explains the most common reasons unlock dates and token amounts may not appear yet, and how to verify everything on-chain.
1. Rewards Only Appear After Your NFT Is Fulfilled
A Rally Match NFT includes ERC-20 rewards that are attached to the NFT at the time of fulfillment, not the moment you purchase.
This means:
If the fulfillment team has not yet processed the NFT, your rewards will not appear.
Manual fulfillment (for stack bundles) can take up to 7 days depending on processing volume.
Weekly Match NFTs purchased in the shopping cart sync immediately after the on-chain transaction settles, but may still take a few minutes to appear in your wallet.
What to do:
Wait for the fulfillment confirmation email, then check your R-Link Wallet.
2. Unlock Dates Do Not Display Until Tokens Are Successfully Attached
Your 26-week unlock timer begins only after the ERC-20 rewards are attached to the NFT through the smart contract.
Until that happens:
You may see the NFT listed, but no unlock date
You may see “0 tokens” or no token data
The NFT may look “empty” in your R-Link Wallet
This does not mean anything is missing — it simply means the reward attachment step has not yet occurred.
3. UI Sync Delays Are Normal
R-Link Wallet data is updated from Connect’s systems. Occasionally you may see a delay of:
A few minutes for weekly purchases
Up to several hours during high-volume days
Up to 1–2 business days for manual stack fulfillment
Token and unlock-date visibility depends on:
Successful swap execution
Smart contract attachment
Wallet indexing and sync
If the unlock date is not visible yet but your NFT exists, the system is still updating.
4. How to Verify Unlock Status On-Chain (Most Reliable Method)
If you want to independently verify the NFT and its reward status, you can check the blockchain directly.
Steps:
Enter your wallet address
Click Tokens
Select the NFT tab
Locate your Rally Match NFT
View attached ERC-20 rewards and metadata
If the tokens are attached, they’ll show in the NFT metadata even before the R-Link Wallet UI updates.
5. Stack Bundles Behave Differently Than Weekly Match NFTs
For 20-Week Stack Bundles:
You receive 1 NFT per week for 20 weeks.
Each weekly NFT will have its own unique unlock date.
Tokens will only appear after each week's NFT is fulfilled individually.
It is normal to see:
Only one NFT appear the first week
Only one unlock date show at a time
Uneven token amounts (due to market fluctuations)
6. When to Contact Support
Please reach out to help@r-link.com if:
More than 7 business days have passed since purchase and no NFT has appeared
The unlock date never appears even after token attachment
The NFT shows incorrect tier, brand, or reward type
You see a clear mismatch between your on-chain view and your R-Link Wallet
When contacting support, include:
Your Connect email
The date of purchase
Transaction hash (for weekly purchases)
A screenshot of your R-Link Wallet
A link to your elevatescan NFT entry (optional but helpful)
