Rally Match NFT – R-Link Troubleshooting Guide
Overview
Each Rally Match NFT — whether purchased weekly or delivered through a 20-Week Stack — is fulfilled on Connect’s weekly delivery schedule. If an NFT did not appear in your Rally Wallet, shows an unexpected amount, or looks incorrect in your on-chain history, this guide walks you through the most common causes and the steps you can take to resolve it.
This article aligns with the official Connect MatchNFT FAQ while providing Rally-specific instructions.
Step 1: Check Whether Delivery Week Has Passed
Rally Match NFTs are delivered once per week, during Connect’s fulfillment window (business days, 8 AM–5 PM MT, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Your NFT may still be processing if:
It is still the same fulfillment week
A holiday or weekend delayed the schedule
Connect is processing a higher-than-usual volume
Action:
Wait until the end of the fulfillment window, then check your Rally Wallet again.
Step 2: Confirm the NFT Was Successfully Purchased
A missing NFT often means the purchase did not complete.
Verify:
ETH payment (for weekly buys) fully processed
Gas fees were available
The transaction succeeded on-chain
No swap failure occurred
The confirmation screen in the Connect Wallet appeared
Where to check the transaction:
Connect Wallet → “Orders” or “Activity”
-
On-chain via https://rally.elevatescan.com
Enter your wallet address
Select Tokens → NFT tab
Look for the newest Rally Match NFT entry
If no transaction exists, the purchase likely did not complete.
Step 3: Make Sure You Purchased the Correct Brand and Tier
A Rally Match NFT will only appear in your Rally Wallet if:
The brand selected at checkout was Rally
The tier purchased matches the Rally Match NFT product
Incorrect brand selections place NFTs in that brand’s wallet, not yours.
Action:
Check the brand dropdown you used at purchase.
Step 4: Check for Display Delays in the Rally Wallet
Sometimes the NFT is delivered on-chain before it appears in the Rally Wallet interface.
If the NFT appears in elevatescan.com but not in your Rally Wallet at app.r-link.com:
The NFT is correctly delivered, but
The UI may take additional time to sync
This can happen during high-volume periods.
Action:
Use the on-chain record as the source of truth.
Your NFT is valid even if the UI display is delayed.
If the NFT Appears but the Token Amount Looks Incorrect
The token amount attached to a Rally Match NFT can vary because:
The ERC-20 rewards are sourced at market rate at the time of fulfillment
Market prices fluctuate
Slippage during required swaps can adjust the final amount
The weekly reward amount is fixed ($25, $50, $100, etc.), but the token quantity varies
Example:
A $25 Match NFT may deliver different token quantities week to week based on the market price.
If the amount seems unexpectedly low or high, compare:
The NFT’s timestamp
That day’s market price
The value shown in elevatescan.com
If the dollar value aligns with the standard reward amount, the NFT is correct.
