Rally Match NFT – R-Link Guide
Overview
If you purchased a Rally Match NFT—either as part of your weekly streak or through a 20-Week Stack—and it has not appeared in your R-Link Wallet, there are several common reasons. Most delays are normal and resolve automatically without requiring action on your part.
This article outlines the most frequent causes, how to check your NFT status, and when to contact support.
1. Your NFT Delivery Is Still Processing
Rally Match NFTs are fulfilled by Connect and delivered on-chain before they appear inside the R-Link Wallet.
Delivery timelines vary:
Weekly Match NFTs: typically 1–7 days after purchase
Stack NFTs: 1 NFT per week for 20 weeks
During periods of high volume, processing may take longer than usual.
2. You Purchased Late in the Weekly Fulfillment Window
Weekly fulfillment is not tied to your streak window. The time you purchase determines your streak, but not the delivery schedule.
If you purchased your weekly NFT near the end of a business day, weekend, or holiday period, your delivery may not be processed until the next business cycle.
3. Your NFT Has Been Delivered On-Chain but Not Yet Indexed
In some cases, your NFT is fully delivered on the Rally blockchain but has not yet appeared inside your R-Link Wallet.
To check:
Enter your Rally wallet address
Select Tokens → NFT
If you see your Match NFT on ElevateScan, delivery is complete.
It will appear inside R-Link once indexing updates.
4. Your Payment Is Still Settling
Payment method affects fulfillment timing:
ETH (weekly purchases): must complete the swap and on-chain processing
USDT/USDC (Stack purchases): must be confirmed before fulfillment begins
Wire payments: may take several business days depending on bank processing
If your payment has not fully cleared, NFT delivery will not begin.
5. You Purchased a Stack Bundle and Are Expecting Multiple NFTs at Once
Stack bundles deliver one NFT per week, not 20 all at once.
If only one NFT appeared:
This is expected behavior.
The remaining NFTs will deliver weekly based on the fulfillment schedule.
6. Your Wallet Address Was Entered Incorrectly (Manual Stack Purchases Only)
Early stack purchases required submitting a wallet address through a form.
If the address was mistyped, NFTs may not arrive in your intended R-Link wallet.
If you believe this may apply, contact support.
7. System Load or Holiday Delays
Connect fulfillment operates during standard U.S. business hours and observes holidays.
High-volume periods may lead to delayed delivery.
How to Check the Status of Your NFT
Before contacting support, follow these steps:
Check your R-Link Wallet under Wallet → Rally → NFTs
Check ElevateScan for on-chain delivery
Verify payment completion
Confirm the expected delivery window based on purchase type
When to Contact Support
Please reach out if:
More than 7 days have passed since a weekly purchase
More than 10 days have passed since your first stack purchase
Your NFT does not appear in R-Link or on ElevateScan
You suspect a wallet address issue
