Rally Match NFT – R-Link Troubleshooting Guide
Overview
Your Rally Match NFT streak determines whether you qualify for the full 100% Match Bonus after 20 consecutive weeks. If your dashboard, wallet, or account display shows that your streak has reset — or you didn’t receive the next week’s NFT — this article explains the most common causes and what to do next.
This guide covers everything Rally-specific while remaining aligned with the official Connect FAQ.
What Counts as a Streak?
A streak means:
You purchase one Rally Match NFT
For the same brand (Rally)
At the same dollar amount tier
Once per week
For 20 consecutive weeks
Any deviation from these rules resets the streak.
Common Reasons Your Streak May Have Broken
1. A Week Was Missed
This is the most frequent cause.
A “week” is defined by Connect’s internal fulfillment cycle, not by the calendar week you personally track.
If no purchase was processed during your eligible window, the system resets the streak.
Examples of what causes a miss:
You purchased a day late
Your payment didn’t settle in time
A purchase was attempted but not completed
You thought your stack purchase counted as a weekly buy (it does not)
What to do:
Confirm your recent transactions in your Connect Wallet. If you believe this is a system error, contact support.
2. A Different Tier Was Purchased
To maintain your streak, each weekly Rally Match NFT must match the exact tier you started with.
Streak example:
✔ Week 1: Rally $50 Match NFT
✔ Week 2: Rally $50 Match NFT
✘ Week 3: Rally $100 Match NFT → streak resets
This includes times when only certain tiers appear available in the wallet UI.
3. A Different Brand Was Purchased
Weekly purchases must remain within the Rally brand only.
Example:
✔ Rally → Rally = OK
✘ Rally → Switch or Grow = streak resets
Even if the amount matches, switching brands resets the Rally streak.
4. A Payment Method Delayed Fulfillment
ETH payments for weekly Match NFTs must settle immediately.
If:
The wallet was low on gas
The ETH swap failed
The transaction was pending for too long
The blockchain was congested
…your purchase may not have processed in the required window.
Important:
If the NFT is not delivered and timestamped on-chain within the correct fulfillment week, the streak resets.
5. The Purchase Was a Stack Bundle Instead of a Weekly Buy
20-week stack bundles ($600 / $1,100 / $2,100 / etc.) do not count toward your weekly streak.
This is a common misconception.
Stack bundles:
Deliver 20 NFTs over 20 weeks
Lock rewards for 6 months
Include a separate match bonus timeline
Do not generate weekly consecutive streak credit
6. You Reached the Limit for the Week
If you already purchased your weekly Rally Match NFT, you cannot purchase another until the next eligible window.
Attempting to buy early can cause confusion.
7. Wallet Syncing Delays
If your Rally NFTs aren’t visible in:
The Rally brand wallet
The NFT tab
On-chain via rally.elevatescan.com
…you may assume your streak broke when it actually hasn’t.
Always verify on-chain before reaching out for support.
How to Check Your Streak Status
Before contacting support:
Log into your Connect Wallet.
Select Buy Match NFT → confirm whether you're eligible for a new weekly purchase.
Open your Rally Wallet at app.r-link.com and check the NFT tab.
-
Verify your on-chain record at https://rally.elevatescan.com
Enter your wallet address
Select Tokens → NFT tab
Look for the most recent Rally Match NFT timestamp
If the timestamp falls outside your expected weekly window, the streak likely reset.
