This article outlines the details and rules for R-Link's SaaS Customer Acquisition Promotion, including eligibility, qualification criteria, the bonus ladder, and distribution timing. This is a separate, additive promotion that runs on top of BlockBot Pay — your existing compensation continues exactly as before.

Summary

For every Operly or R-Link Studio customer a leader refers who stays active for 30 days, the leader stacks RALLY digital rewards every month that customer remains subscribed. The more activated referrals a leader has, the bigger the per-referral bonus — and digital rewards keep stacking month after month through the pilot window.

🪜 The Bonus Ladder

Tier is determined by a leader's total activated referrals during the program window across all four eligible products combined.

The party starts at 5. Your first 4 activated referrals build your foundation but don't generate per-referral digital rewards. Once you cross 5 activated referrals, every active customer starts paying digital rewards every month — and your per-referral rate climbs as you stack more.

All amounts are RALLY digital rewards per active referral, per month. Reference value locked at $0.0385 per RALLY digital reward at program launch — amounts do not change during the 90-day promotion regardless of price movement.

Note: Both monthly and annual plans count toward your tier and earn at the same per-month rate.

✅ Qualification Rules

To qualify for a bonus, a referral must meet all of the following:

• Customer is a new subscriber to one of the four eligible products — Operly Standard, Operly Business, R-Link Studio Basic, or R-Link Studio Business. Both monthly and annual plans qualify.
• Sponsor / Referred By attribution is properly captured in Connect
• Customer remains continuously subscribed for at least 30 days with no cancellation, chargeback, or refund
• Once you reach 5 activated referrals, all 5 (and every subsequent active referral) begin generating monthly digital rewards at the Starter rate. Your first 4 activated referrals count toward your tier progression but do not generate per-referral digital rewards on their own.
• When a leader crosses a tier threshold, every future monthly bonus on every active referral is calculated at the new tier rate (past months already paid do not retroactively recalculate)

❌ Exclusions & Clarifications

• ❌ Self-purchases do not qualify. Subscriptions where the purchaser matches the sponsor on wallet address, email, or phone number are excluded.
• ❌ System position attributions do not qualify. Referrals attributed to system positions (Rally BB2.1, BB2.2, or any orphan-attribution positions) are excluded.
• ❌ Refunded or charged-back subscriptions do not qualify. Customers who refund or chargeback within the 30-day activation window void the referral entirely. Applies to monthly and annual plans alike.
• ❌ Duplicate referrals. If multiple leaders claim the same customer, the first confirmed attribution in Connect wins. There is no shared attribution or split bonus.
• ❌ Non-eligible products do not qualify. Nodes, NFTs, hardware, and other R-Link/Rally products outside the four listed SKUs (monthly and annual plans of Operly Standard, Operly Business, R-Link Studio Basic, R-Link Studio Business) do not generate digital rewards under this promotion.

🔍 Edge Case Clarifications

• 🔍 Customer downgrades (e.g., Operly Business → Operly Standard) after the 30-day gate clears: the bonus rate adjusts to match the new product tier from the next billing cycle forward. The referral itself remains valid and still counts toward the leader's tier.
• 🔍 Customer upgrades (e.g., Studio Basic → Operly Business): the higher per-referral rate applies from the next billing cycle forward.
• 🔍 Customer cancels after the 30-day gate clears: the leader keeps any digital rewards already paid for prior months. Future monthly bonuses on that customer stop with the cancellation.
• 🔍 Customer cancels during the 30-day gate: the referral is voided. No bonus is paid. The referral does not count toward the leader's tier.
• 🔍 Customer refunds or chargebacks after a bonus was paid: the next month's payout is adjusted to net out the previously paid bonus. The referral count is also adjusted, which may affect tier status.

⚙️ How It Works (5-Step Process)

1. Refer — Leader refers a new customer to Operly (Standard or Business) or R-Link Studio (Basic or Business). Sponsor / Referred By attribution is captured by Connect.
2. Activate — Customer must remain continuously subscribed for 30 days with no cancellation, chargeback, or refund.
3. Tier — Once a referral activates, it counts toward the leader's cumulative activated referrals. Tier is determined by total activated referrals across all four eligible products combined.
4. Allocate — Each calendar month, the system calculates the bonus owed: count of active referrals × applicable per-product rate at the leader's current tier. Digital rewards are allocated from the Community Battery.
5. Pay — Qualified earnings are verified during the first half of each month and distributed manually to sponsor wallets by the 15th of the following month.

Distribution

• Digital reward distribution for qualifying activity in May will be distributed by June 15, 2026.
• Digital reward distribution for qualifying activity in June will be distributed by July 15, 2026.
• Digital reward distribution for qualifying activity in July will be distributed by August 15, 2026.

🔁 Relationship to BlockBot Pay

• ✅ This promotion does not replace your existing comp plan. BlockBot Pay rewards continue exactly as before.
• ✅ BlockBot Pay rewards are not reduced because of this promotion. The reward engine and rules are unchanged.
• ✅ Every eligible SaaS sale earns you both BlockBot Pay (as always) and RALLY digital rewards via this promotion (after the 30-day activation gate clears). Two streams of income from the same customer.

🔄 Program Lifecycle

• 90-Day Pilot Reassessment — At Day 90, R-Link reviews adoption metrics, Battery consumption, retention quality, and unit economics. R-Link then decides to (a) continue month-to-month, (b) restructure with adjusted terms, or (c) sunset the program.
• Month-to-Month Continuation — If continued past Day 90, the program runs on a rolling monthly basis. Each month is independently approved and can be paused, adjusted, or sunset at any month boundary with appropriate advance notice.
• 100M Community Reassessment — Every 100,000,000 RALLY digital rewards earned program-wide (cumulative across all leaders), an additional community reassessment is automatically triggered.
• What stays stable across reviews: Digital rewards already paid are never clawed back. Customers already counted toward a leader's tier remain counted. Material changes are communicated in advance of the affected payout month.
