What was the Ignite Early Ticket Purchase promotion?
The Ignite Early Ticket Purchase promotion rewarded attendees who purchased tickets during special early access windows and attended the Ignite event.
Eligible ticket holders who purchased during the promotional windows and attended the event qualified to receive digital rewards distributed after the event.
Two promotional phases were offered:
Phase 1 – Insider Early Access
January 12 – January 25
Phase 2 – Early Bird Bonus Window
January 26 – February 4
Each phase offered different digital reward amounts based on ticket type.

Attendance Verification
How was attendance verified?
To qualify for digital rewards, ticket holders needed to attend the Ignite event in person.
Attendance was verified using multiple sources including:
• Event registration table check-in
• Event app participation and check-in records
• In-room QR code scans during the event
• Internal attendance verification processes
If attendance could not be verified through these systems, the participant may not qualify for the promotion.
Reward Distribution
When will digital rewards be distributed?
Digital rewards for this promotion will be distributed no later than March 15 following the Ignite event.
This allows time for:
Final attendance verification
Reward qualification reporting
Fulfillment processing
Eligible participants should expect their digital rewards to appear in their Rally wallet by March 15.
How will digital rewards be delivered?
Qualified participants will receive their digital rewards directly to their Rally wallet address.
Participants must have a valid Rally wallet address associated with their account in order to receive rewards.
If a wallet address is missing or cannot be verified, the reward cannot be delivered until the information is provided.
